Membership information

A large part of the community work of n-ost is funded through its members. Therefore we do expect an annual contribution that is fitting to your country income level and your current personal situation. The height of your membership contribution is no precondition to becoming a member.

(For reference – a full-time editor in Germany usually contributes around 80€;
a freelance journalist in Poland 50€; a photographer in Kosovo about 20€)

The membership fee is due after entry and then automatically every year. Membership fees are tax-deductible. You will receive a certificate for a non-profit donation that can be submitted to financial institutions after reception of the amount.
